I have lived in the state of Quintana Roo since 1985. I started as a real estate agent in 1986. I worked with the best real estate agencies at that time like Titanes Real Estate, Costa Realty, Century 21, Amigo Paco and many more . I am a member of AMPI, the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals A.C. (AMPI, by its Acronym in Spanish), Cancun section since 1995. I was Vice President of the AMPI, Riviera Maya section, collaborating with the most recognized real estate firms in the areas of Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and Tulum.  

 

Due to my trajectory, in 2019 I was one of the founding membersm of  AMPI Puerto Morelos .

 

Three years ago Puerto Morelos (my home) became the youngest municipality in Quintana Roo, creating new spaces for development and becoming a very important point of investment. 

 

Puerto Morelos  still conserves the charme of the small fishing village it once was, but at the same time offers great opportunities for organic development . 

 

All of us in Puerto Morelos try to keep this place special and different from the other big tourist atractions which are in Cancun and Playa del Carmen.
